Know that it’s okay to not be or feel okay. You can always expect to experience intense emotions, irritability, a sense of hopelessness and what not. Sleep deprivation is also a common problem that may arise during this period. However, do not beat yourself up and relax. Make time for activities you love, meditate, switch to yoga and most importantly, eat healthy, nutritious foods.
